Refund policy
At GymReadyLips, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/made to order items, and items identified as "final sale" or “clearance” cannot be returned.
- We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase.
- GymReadyLips reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet please take the following actions prior to contacting us again:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
